WHITE ROCK EAST

This house had been recently renovated on the inside and the owners were now ready for the exterior. It was determined at the initial site meeting that the client wanted a clean contemporary look. Groundforce applied this design concept through to the final installation.

The project began with site grading and excavation. Concrete trench drains were installed in front of the garage, and a large wood retaining wall was built to retain the bank looming above the north side of the property. Split face concrete block was used to build stairs to the front entrance, and as retainer beside the driveway.

A contemporary cedar fence was installed, and plants were selected to match the modern look of the house.
