WHITE ROCK

Our initial work began on this hillside ocean view property with the masonry. The entire house was clad in granite. The indoor fireplace and outdoor grill were faced with the same granite as the exterior.

As we proceeded with the masonry we worked through the design process for a custom landscape. This included full site excavation, lot drainage with concrete trench drains, paving stones, retaining walls, and the irrigation system.

The retaining walls were engineered, and were made from a segmented concrete block and tied back into the slope using a geo-textile. A paving stone driveway was installed, and hydro-pressed paving stone slabs were laid on rubber pads on all the decks on the house.
We installed a custom engraved address plate and we illuminated the property with landscape lighting.
